Worst experience ever Long story short, I took my vehicle in to get fixed and payed $1000. Everything they said that got fixed, didn't, so I had to bring it in again. They made us pay more money to fix their mistake and yet again managed to not fix any of the stuff. After doing this a total of 4 times and paying additional fees, they finally fixed 1 of the 4 problems I told them to fix. Brought all the bills into the manager and explained how BS the whole situation was and that it is unacceptable and bare minimum I should not have to pay any of the additional costs and the original price should be discounted since 1 of the 4 things they claimed to have fixed, was. She refused and argued with me for 30 minutes basically calling me an idiot. The most incompetent managers and team behind the Lemars Ford Dealerships service center. I do not recommend ever considering bringing anything there. Would give negative ratings of possible. More
