Dealership was easy to deal with and friendly. We were told by the salesman that he would fill the truck with gas, detail the truck, etc before leaving with the truck. The truck was washed, but the gas was not filled. We were left with under a quarter tank of gas. Went back inside and tried to find the salesman and he was nowhere to be found. Actually nobody could be found on the sales floor. In the pictures on the website listing, the truck showed a bed extender. At some point the bed extender was either removed or stolen. Asked the salesman about it and was told he would ask the service department to see if they knew where it was. Three days later and no call no email, nothing. Didn't expect them to find it but wanted to ask at least. Everything else about the purchase was as expected from negotiation to signing the paperwork. More disappointed when told someone will do something (fuel fill up) and they don't is very frustrating. Also a simple call/email saying they couldn't find the bed extender would be a great customer service response. All in all a good interaction but disappointed in the follow through or lack therof.
