Oil-soaked customer responded

You had this car for several days in November. Turbo problems and leaking oil. Extensive repair, many parts had to be replaced, removed, reinstalled, etc. You know or should know that this model is notorious for oil problems. Were you happy to find one leak? Did that satisfy your curiosity? I don't believe that a thorough inspection for leaking oil ever took place. Instead the car was returned and an oil leak remained. $1000 labor to find leak that should have been found earlier when car was disassembled and in your care. Thank you for your generous offer to trade and acquire a certified used car. Certified by you? Good one.

We welcome your feedback. Your VW has over 80,000 miles and the rims on the car showed every mile. The rims were horribly damaged. In the industry that's called curb rash from parking against curbs.
