Arek and Moe are the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and completely professional.. low key in their approach, both have an exceptional service attitude and very trustworthy. Same with Mario and David. Jennings is a great place to buy a car, but there is very little sense of proactive solution-oriented true customer service on the back end, so i won't even call it a service dept. Need a loaner when your car--the 5th one you've purchased from Jennings!-- is going in the shop for the third time for the same warrantied issue? Sorry, they're booked up several weeks in advance...i got one eventually, thank you for offering when one suddenly was returned early, but not without complaining more forcefully, reminding them they has already billed three hours to check out the issue the first time, and had the car for a full week the second time... That's the sort of thing the back side seems oblivious to, which just shouldn't be if you're going to have to listen to how wonderful they are while you're waiting on hold... More

I had a great experience with Mario and everyone else here at Jennings VW. Real talk, they helped me out a bunch and were pretty compassionate and considerate with every concern I brought to them. Interestingly enough I didn’t come to Jennings to buy a car. I came here to get my old car serviced because a different dealership did bad maintenance. However While waiting I got bored and looked around the lot for a bit. I saw a car on the lot that I was interested in and I asked about it and was surprised by the awesome service that the entire sales team gave me. They gave me a decent trade in price for my car (AND they didn’t have me fix the problem). Mario was pretty straightforward and I always got the impression that he was actually trying to get me what I asked for. I literally worked with almost every department there (services, sales, manager, and finance) and They ALL gave me excellent service from top to bottom More
Used to be great. Now not so much. Wasn't treated like I used to be. Many changes to service and staff. Really tired of how VW aged so poorly. Bought 3 VWs from this dealership. Atrocious service I brought my vw in after receiving a text with a promotion. My family has owned dozens of vws. I was pleasantly surprised by the great price and how I brought my vw in after receiving a text with a promotion. My family has owned dozens of vws. I was pleasantly surprised by the great price and how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment by replying to the text. When it was time to pick up my car, the cost was about 40% more than what was promised via text. When I inquired, thinking it's clearly a misunderstanding, the service director told me he doesn't know how I got that and that's all. They refused to investigate or accommodate me, even though they clearly had me scheduled. False advertising! So unprofessional. Would never return or recommend. Too bad I can't give 0 stars. More

No disclosure for maintenance needed on car Absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership and NEVER take your car in for service. We bought a car from them, took our car to our neighborhood Absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership and NEVER take your car in for service. We bought a car from them, took our car to our neighborhood auto shop for regular oil changes. When our car needed new brakes, we went back to Jennings for service. At that time, due to our mileage, our car needed transmission fluid, however Jennings DID NOT tell us that! 3000 miles later, our clutch was shot and we needed a new transmission for $2200. We explained that they had some responsibility for the break, because they didn't tell us we needed the service when we brought the car in for a brake job 6 months earlier. We asked them to split the cost with us as a customer service gesture and they could have cared less. It's bad business and bad customer service. There were no flashing lights warning us, but Jennings KNEW by the mileage, we trusted them to tell us about a maintenance item or problem, and our mistake of trust cost us $2200. We will never do that again, and unless you are willing to go to them for every oil change, you shouldn't trust them either. More
