Felt patronized and more frustrated than I already was to begin with. I’m in disbelief at how condescending and dismissive this man could be to an unhappy customer. Will never return. More

I purchased this car sooner than planned specifically to use it for a family trip where I needed the extra seats. I brought the car in with hopes they would at least look at it with some priority since it was only a week old. Major, who checks cars in and had been obnoxious and arrogant when I had dropped off my previous car for service said they could not do anything without an appointment but they had availability the following week when I would be gone. I begrudgingly took an 8 AM appointment when I got back and risked driving it. When I arrived with the car, I was told I could wait, probably an hour to 75 minutes for a diagnosis. I decided to go to work. Almost 2.5 hours elapsed before they even looked at the car and if it wasn't for me hounding them, it likely would have been longer. When I questioned Major about the time to even begin diagnosing he made an excuse rather obnoxiously that the previous appointments had run long. So basically in the first 30 minutes of the day they were 2 hours behind. Having been so adamant about appointments, I find it quite offensive that they did not look at the car until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Ado the service director was unwilling to take any accountability for the behavior of his team. More
I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated by the myriad issues I've encountered with my recently purchased 2022 Volkswagen Taos, compounded by the abysmal service at Jennings Volkswagen. Since buying the Taos, I've faced a laundry list of problems: multiple brake jobs, head gasket failure, defective windshield wipers, Apple CarPlay glitches, transmission jerking, suspension noises, and recent transmission issues when shifting gears. These aren't just inconveniences; they pose significant safety risks. They refuse to acknowledge that there is something wrong with my transmission and state that it is normal for the VW Taos. How could it be normal after 20k miles for my transmission to make a clunking noise? My attempts to address these issues with Jennings Volkswagen, especially with service advisor Mayjourio "Major" and service director Adnan "Ado" were utterly futile. Ado's dismissive responses and lack of assistance, despite my requests for a test drive to address the transmission issue, were appalling. His comment that he wouldn't recommend the Taos to his own circle due to its problems was particularly disheartening. Please be aware of Jennings Volkswagen and think twice before purchasing a Volkswagen vehicle or getting service done at this dealership. More

From day one Mario has gone above and beyond with updates of the vehicles status and arrival. Even before the purchase as we were negotiating Mario made the whole experience almost enjoyable. Be sure to mark your wheels before giving your vehicle for tire rotation. Although it is a part of free maintenance, they still don't it and document it that it was done. When I questioned it, the service advisor said "Per service tech, it was not needed". Well, then why did they document it. Now I am skeptical that if they even did other services like oil change etcetera. Their service team also tried to change my vehicle's flat tire by telling me that it not repairable which other dealership questioned. I still ended up replacing the tire with the other dealership. They have such an awesome sales team not sure why their service team is cutting corners like that. Never going for service there ever again. More
We like our VW Atlas but the sales and service departments at Jennings leave a lot to be desired. It is safe to say that we won’t be returning to the dealer for any future services and will purchase from somewhere else if we get another VW in the future. More
