After trying to express my dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience at his service center, the Service Director told me that when he's dissatisfied with a customer experience, he "doesn't make a unpleasant experience at his service center, the Service Director told me that when he's dissatisfied with a customer experience, he "doesn't make a fuss". He offered to walk me through the technical background of what was done to my car but said that this usually doesn't help, implying I wouldn't understand. Felt patronized and more frustrated than I already was to begin with. I’m in disbelief at how condescending and dismissive this man could be to an unhappy customer. Will never return. More
