I bought a 2011 Jetta from Don Reilly, through a relationship with the GM Jim Walsh, and the support of the sales manager Ken Lyon. A week and a half ago, I got rear ended by a drunk driver, and pushed into another car in front of me, while stopped for a train. The drunk drove off, and was quickly arrested, but my car turned out to be totaled. If you saw the car, you would have thought I was at a minimum, quite hurt. Truth is, a day later I had a small bruise where the seat belt held me in safely. Jennings has a copy of the pic, you wouldn't believe the damage a 45 mile-an-hour truck does to the back of a Jetta, and yet I didn't have a scratch. State Farm quickly handled the insurance, and I called up Don late morning, and picked up another new Jetta, this time a 2012 and picked up that afternoon. Transaction was seamless, and Jennings even got the financing handled before the insurance check was received by Volkswagen Credit.
