I was looking to purchase my first car. My grandfather lives about 2 blocks away from Jennings Volkswagon. So, we went over and was shown some cars by Keith. We bought a new car from Alan a while back. We were a young couple and not very experienced. Unfortunately, looking back, we now realize that he took advanage of that. He was very high pressure and a jus young couple and not very experienced. Unfortunately, looking back, we now realize that he took advanage of that. Since that experience, we have learned quite a bit and have thankfully had much better experiences at dealerships. Just looking at his picture makes me cringe! When I called in to speak with a salesperson Mr. Burns was very helpful, informative, patient..very proffesional, he was no nonsense, answering my questions to help me find the right car for me. Well, he did indeed find the perfect car for me, very quickly I might add. I went in the next day to test drive, and I was very happy with what I saw and drove, so much so that I purchased the car then and there. That was about three months ago, and each day I really love my car more and more..it had all the features I wanted in a vehicle. I must say from our initial phone call, to coming in to the dealership which in itself was an awesome showroom, everyone was wonderful. I had decided to purchase a new Jetta Sportwagen and initiated a regional search on the internet. I heard from five different dealerships in the Chicago area. Newell Colber of Jennings was among the f initiated a regional search on the internet. I heard from five different dealerships in the Chicago area. Newell Colber of Jennings was among the first. He called me. In addition, I wanted a manual transmission. Newell suggested that I come to Jennings for a test drive of several different cars including a pre-owned Jetta Sportwagen in the color I wanted. I visited Jennings, met Newell, and subsequently worked with Mike Fezatte. Although I have owned other VW's and an Audi, the test drives were key in making my decision. Mike spent several hours with me discussing diesel vs. gas, 5 cyl vs. 6 cyl engine capabilities, pricing, etc. and then I threw him a curve ball. I wanted the car by the end of the week. Mike immediately did a search of national dealerships and ultimately learned that all cars I had been interested in had been sold. My best option was to purchase my new Jetta Sportwagen with manual transmission with a diesel engine in my third color choice. Throughout this process, I was consistently impressed with the calibre of service from both Mike and Newell. Both were accessible throughout the process and they continue to be, ready to answer any question or concern I might have after leaving the Jennings dealership. I was impressed with their honest and direct ways of communicating, their readiness to serve me and find the best solution to my Sportwagen needs. I highly recommend them and Jennings VW. More

I purchased new 2012 tiguan from jennings with Amir, Sue, and Paula. They are very honest car dealer and they are always upfront and no hidden cost. I would strongly recommend Amir, Sue and Paula who knows how deal with non native english speaker. However, the other dealer that I experienced with Mt.Prospect VW dealer They were very rude and playing with financial option and other numbers to cover their profit. Especially, if you are not a fluent native english speaker, you'd better stay away from them. They are not friendly enough for non english speaker, and try to play with price, and even yell to customer which I totally don't understand how they can do service business like this. Their price was little better but I did feel not comfortable. Thanks. More
