I dealt with Adel and the whole experience was different from my experiences at other dealerships that same week. No-nonsense, no haggling, straightforward pricing. I requested many dealers to give me the best price on 2 new vehicles. I new exactly what I wanted, didn't want to pay for additional features, and wanted to take advantage of monthly rebate incentives abo new vehicles. After talking to him further, he was able to deliver the vehicles for the same low prices within a few days so I qualified for the rebates. Chris was extremely professional throughout the search and purchase process. He was courtious, respectful, quick, and most importantly kept his word. Within 1 week from my original request, I purchased 2 new vehicles from Jennings Chevrolet and was thouroughly satisfied with their prices and their services. I had found Jennings online when searching for an Equinox with specific specs & color. After finding what I wanted at Jennings (at a great price only btw) my local dealership (out of state) wouldn't transfe with specific specs & color. After finding what I wanted at Jennings (at a great price only btw) my local dealership (out of state) wouldn't transfer the Equinox in at the same sale price so I headed to Chicago to pick it up myself. After a long bus ride and getting lost on the train system (yepp, I'm that guy) I was going to be late to the dealership. Steve and some of the other staff stayed over late into the evening on a Friday (well after normal closing) to make sure I was taken care of. Even though I was late I could tell they didn't cut any corners to push me through quickly, which would have been easy to do given I was a certain sell. Great pricing & great service, can't ask for much more. If you search online for other reviews as I did (via google maps) you'll find other very positive reviews as well. -EK More
