Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owners of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. Any time I call in they treat me with respect, order parts with realistic pricing and deliver. I feel that they really know there inventory and parts. I have never felt pushed and are very lucky to have a Chevy store near my home that has service till 11pm... Other dealers are not around right now. I am sure there are plenty of reasons.
