I initially saw the vehicle ultimatly purchased on the internet. I made an inquiry over the internet and received a very quick response from Mr. Bondi. There were a couple of items I wanted to have taken care of and Mr. Stern indicated it would be done. Several days later when I went in to pick up the vehicle all item that were to be take care were indeed done. After completing all the purchase paperwork Mr. Stern walked me through how various features worked on the phone such as pairing my phone, On-Call set up etc. All in all Mr. Stern did an excellent job and I would recomend him as a salesperson to see at Jennings Chevrolet. Was looking for a new 2011 Silverado and was referred to Jim Walsh who is the General Manager and a great guy.
