I was looking for a car for over 2 months; I visited numerous dealerships as comes with the territory of car shopping. And as expected very few of these dealerships had neither the car nor the customer numerous dealerships as comes with the territory of car shopping. And as expected very few of these dealerships had neither the car nor the customer service I was hoping to find. I came across a vehicle that I liked from Jenning VolksWlgon in Glenview. I contacted the dealership via email and promptly received a phone from a Sales man named Adel Ubeid. We chatted for few minutes about what I’m looking for in a car etc… I stopped over the weekend to the Dealership. I was extremely pleased with amount of the professionalism by all staff especially my salesman Adel Ubeid. Adel was extremely pleasant, not pushy and he was doing everything possible to help me get the car and price I was looking for. He actually listened to my needs and did everything possible to satisfy what I was looking for in a vehicle. Adel consistently exceeded my expectations. He followed thru in everything he promised. Finally we agreed on a price for a car that exceeded my expectation. Genuinely this is the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership. This dealership is not greedy and is not a dealership that will take advantage of you and rip you off of your money. I have read nothing but great reviews on Jennings and there reputation is well and much deserved. The customer service is impeccable which is hard to come by these days. I have returned to Jennings because they have the best service I have ever received in a dealership. Overall my car search was over once I found vehicles of my interest at Jennings Chevrolet. I first set up a deal at this dealership but due to a small bank issue I considered another dealership and found t my interest at Jennings Chevrolet. It turned out to be a scam and a complete waste of time soI went back to Jennings and they did everything in their power to help with my situation. At the end I ended up with an awesome solid car,in great shape,with great mileage, and I guess what I trying to say is the perfect car that met my satisfaction for my present needs and then some. Was searching for a specific vehicle when a listing popped up on autotrader.com on a this past Monday afternoon. Upon calling the dealership I was forwarded to Jerry Perberg. I asked some questions about the vehicle's options and started driving the 65 miles to the dealer. Jerry returned the call within minutes and after a test drive we made the deal. Jerry's service to the customer is outstanding. He continues to provide followup service after the sale was made that is helpful to a concerned out of state buyer. Jerry provides service the way it should be. This was one of the best experiences buying a car we've had. More

Sales reps have always been very patient and easy to deal with. No pressure and plenty of expertise over several years of buying/leasing 7 vehicles from this dealer.
