I braved the Carona crisis to come out and have my vehicle serviced today. It's been a rough week, I work in a doctor's office and the stress has been terrible. That's when her face changed and I got a flat yes. I let her know this would be my last oil change here. We were referred to Jenkins and Wynne We never thought that we would be able to write a RAVE review about a car purchasing experience but here we are! We were referred to Jenkins and Wynne by our auto mechanic and so, since it was my husband's birthday, we thought we'd go test drive a vehicle "just for the fun of it" and that was how we met Greg Talley and other members of the staff at Jenkins and Wynne. Greg was fabulous to work with, the dealership has a top notch inventory of vehicles and here we are......with our "new" used Honda CR-V. Let us give a word of advice.....don't look at car gurus or similar websites. Save yourself time, money and stress and just go on to Jenkins and Wynne today, check out their vehicles, make a selection and get ready for the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE of a lifetime.....oh, and ask for Greg. Subpar repairs and stuck with rental car overages The staff is friendly and easy to work with, yet the quality of work is subpar. Our vehicle was returned to us after body work dirty. There was dust The staff is friendly and easy to work with, yet the quality of work is subpar. Our vehicle was returned to us after body work dirty. There was dust from where they had sanded the vehicle still in the grill and over most of the vehicle, the "wash" was worse than using a garden hose. The windows had hand marks on them and the vehicle was just generally dirty. The vehicle was returned to us with mis-colored wheels, the driver side front is darker than the other three. To this day, they are still not matching. Some of the required parts had been incorrectly ordered or had been on back order, this took our repair time frame outside of 30 days, which was as far as my insurance would cover a rental. Due to these delays, I was charged $336.52 for overages that were out of my control. I asked Jenkins & Wynne if they could look into helping with those cost, yet I received no response. All I wanted was a little help with the rental car, it would have avoided this review. More
