Honda has released a fix and I was the first to get mine taken care of. Aaron, Lisa and Will took great care of me. Not only did they get the parts for the fix quickly, but I got a loaner vehicle for the day while the car was in the shop. Best of all, no vibration. I am very pleased with how professional and courteous everyone at the dealership has been. Thanks!!! More

Manager is inept, rude, and sexist In short: They performed and charged us for undesired repairs, were sexist to my wife, rude to me, and did not fix the problems we brought it in for. In detail: My wife and I took our Focus in to have the tires replaced and the air conditioner recharged. They called and told us that there was a problem with one of the rear wheel mounts and that the compressor for the air conditioner also needed to be replaced. We agreed to these charges. They also said that they wanted to replace a water pump gasket, which we did not approve. After arriving home, we realized that our bill had over $150 extra charged to us. We called and reported the problem on 5/16/2015. At first they didn't give us any problems, and said that they would send us a refund check. Next, they called us on 5/19/2015 to ask us to rate their services. At which point we reminded them that we were still unhappy and waiting for a resolution. They assured us that they would have the check sent to us, and the problem solved. As part of their solution, they suggested that we just not go back to Larry as our service advisor. Two weeks later, on 6/2/2015, we called and were told "the situation is being dealt with". The next week, 6/9/2015, they actually called trying to buy our car. This seemed a little odd, but we took the opportunity to remind them that they still owed us over $150 and that we were unhappy with the service. Again we were told that the check was in the mail and that they would track it. Another week passes until a we finally talked to a manager on 6/17/2015. We were told that the check had been mailed (though he could not give us a date on the mailing). He initially told us that he was waiting on the check to arrive via return post so that he could resend the check, but later said that he "assumed the situation was resolved" because he hadn't heard from us in a week. He said that he would go ahead and stop payment on the other check and send a new one. It was during this conversation, more than a month after the initial problem, that my wife threatened to go to the BBB. The manager's response to this was to ask my wife to "give [him] a break" because he was doing everything he could. At this point my wife (having just been asked to do a favor for a man who hasn't been helping us at all for over a month) said "No, its been over a month and we aren't getting any answers!" (She, understandably, raised her voice because of the situation.) The manager took offense at this comment and raised his voice to my wife, interrupting her and yelling at her claiming that he had been giving answers. At this point my wife handed me the phone, since the manager would not treat her with any decency. I witnessed the exchange and was well aware of what had happened. I confronted the manager about yelling at my wife, at which point he proceeded to lie to me and claim that he had never yelled at her. I called him out for lying and he eventually apologized for yelling "without realizing it". He then promised to mail out the check that day. To top this all off, they never recharged the AC, which still does not blow very cold. A note from my wife: Do NOT go here if you are female. She told the person on the phone twice that she needed the AC looked at in addition to the tires. When we dropped off the car we were told that the AC was never mentioned on the phone and were shown the record of the call that didn't have any comment about the AC. The only reason we went to the dealership in the first place was to get the AC recharged. If we had only needed tires we would have gone to a much less expensive shop (one that does not literally pay mechanics $81.72 an hour for their labor (according to our bill). AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

I worked with Ms. Ashley Freeman who made the entire experience wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable even after I entered the bargaining stage. Once I completed the deal, she continued to do everything in power to make the rest of the effort (car prep and pickup) a wonderful experience. Knowing that my son had just lost his car in an accident which was not his fault, she went above and beyond to get the car ready and made the pickup by my son a very special occasion. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership and recommend that anyone needing a new or used car to select Ashley as their sales person. Roy Malone More

Ford did everything right, we told them where we wanted our payments to be and they worked and reworked the figures until it was in our range. I brought in my 2006 Ford Escape for service, due to a recurring problem that leads to breaking down. When they were delivering the vehicle, it broke down again. Clearly, their work was not successful. Bryan Bateman, who has been my point of contact throughout this repair, has been entirely useless and is not apologetic in the slightest. More

How many dealers will do that? Plus they have classes on the Ford Sync so the consumer will know how to use it. More
