This is for service dept. Got letter from Honda about a warranty repair saying parts were now available. Got on-line to make appointment, giving them number from letter. Drove a half hour to get there and was told parts were not available yet. So had to drive another half hour home and will have to repeat that when they have parts. You would think that when they made the appointment they would order the part or tell you they didn't have them yet. Poor customer service! More
The only I can express is thanks. I had the best experience buying a car. Chris was very polite, he and his colleagues they were very polite and nice. Honestly, wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. HORRIBLE customer service and complete lack of knowledge about how warranties work. Clearly reading/ scrolling through a customer‘s file is too hard. They have attempted multiple times to charge my family for services covered by the warranty. They did not provide a loaner or ride to or from the dealership when my husband‘s truck was undrivable without any power steering (Ford’s software issue). He had to pay for a Uber just to pick up his truck. They suggested my husband still drive it until the only available appointment which was weeks out. The clerk only offered a “that sucks” when my husband, a member of the military, explained the situation. I believe this dealership is very biased and provides better service to customers who purchase vehicles from them, over customers who purchase vehicles elsewhere. The Ford dealership where we came from has excellent customer service and provides customers with a loaner or ride and they, now, even offer free pick up and delivery. More

We agreed on pricing and they said “they made a mistake on the paper work,” how convenient. Sales guy was very nice and always followed up, but when speaking to the manager Robert , I could tell the market has really fueled their EGO. I wish they would just stick to their agreed paper work and not bait and switch. I came up on price over $800 more than what was presented months ago. Then we were $400 apart (mind you I am paying way over MSRP). I asked if they were going to loose a customer who ordered a car and drove 1.5 hrs, I even agreed to split the $400, they said NO! So, I offered more, they lost a customer over $200.00! That ordered a car!! If you’re looking for a car, don’t walk way run! These managers are super shady and don’t keep their commitments. When the market levels out, I think they will wish they spent more efforts on customer retention More

YOU NEED MORE SALESMAN LIKE HIM.. I hope he gets his $10 lunch , but with inflation prices ,you might consider giving that a boost to $20 lunches. I recently paid off my 2019 Honda CRV and I traded it with another dealership. I went to request my refund on the extended warranty from the Honda dealership here in Clarksville, TN. I was given a reque with another dealership. I went to request my refund on the extended warranty from the Honda dealership here in Clarksville, TN. I was given a request form to sign and was told when the refund came in, I would be informed. Today, August 16th, one month from the date I requested the refund I have heard nothing. I called and was told by the finance office that I would be called back shortly. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I called back and was treated very rudely and told that I would have to provide the odometer reading on the car that I traded in over a month ago. No one called me in that month's time and told me anything about the refund. I called a third time and received recording telling me that I should leave a message. I did asking for them the call me once again. Over and hour has passed and no response. This is a poor way to do business. I will file a complaint with the BBB about this matter. More
We bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey and just got it home yesterday. Great salesman, Bob Durham helped us the whole way. He found us a van that was still in transit. It was an easy time. In 10/2021 I was looking for a Black 2021 Explorer ST w/o a sunroof and I found only a handful of them across the Southeast USA. I had just lost my mom and struggled to even buy a car w/o taking it out w/her first, he had no idea of my situation but he did found out after the purchase of my new vehicle.
