I made a 10:00 appointment to get my oil changed; over 2 hours later, it still wasn't finished. 2 hours! How long should a simple oil change take, especially when I have an appointment?! To top it off, when I addressed this with the service manager, he couldn't have cared less, and basically stated I was lucky it didn't take "3 or 4 hours" and just accept that is the way it was! He then just walked away! Is this the way business is done today? What a pathetic example this manager represented of his company. I will never come to have my oil changed at Jenkins Nissan again, nor ever buy another Nissan vehicle because of this manager's attitude and the way I was treated when I brought my truck in. With an "we don't give a crap" attitude toward the customer, your dealership will not last much longer, in my opinion... More

My dip stick was broken when I went to get my oil change and robin the service advisor alone with the manager was trying to blame it on me and not pay for it. I asked to speak to a manager and everyone said that the manager is too busy but one of the managers was walk around with the dip stick. I now got consumer affairs involved to deal with the replacement of my property. I hold Nissan to a higher standards but after yesterday, I don’t think I will be returning. More
