As I stated in my review, there were 2 major issues: the time taken to service the truck (over 2 hours when I had an appointment), and the rude, completely lackadaisical "don't give a crap" attitude of your service manager in how long the service was taking. No service should EVER take 2 hours when a customer has made an appointment ahead of time, and I honestly think having personnel like your service manager does nothing but harm the overall look of your business. As I said, I will never come to Jenkins Nissan again because of this man. I was always taught in business that treating the customer well is the first priority; it is too bad your service manager did not get the memo, or else he really doesn't give a crap about the customers he deals with each day. If it is the latter of these, I feel very sorry for your dealership, you are definitely headed in the wrong direction... Jim Wiggs

I took my car to Jenkins Nissan to have the A/C repaired for a cost of $2,400 and not only the A/C was not connected properly but now there is no heat coming out of the driver’s side vents. Also there is no air coming out of one of the vents on the driver’s side when the fan is on. This is unacceptable customer service.
