Seat belt didn't work. Took 3 hours to tell me they didn't have part to fix. But I need brakes. Then it took another 3+hrs to fix brakes. Left dealership with assurance the would get part for seat belt (under warranty). Came back in 5 days later, at 8:30 when seat belt part was recieved,. Also had concern because brake smelled like burning rubber. They fixed seatbelt and found an improperly installed screw that was scraping on brake. Since I had just paid over $850 for all new brakes I was disappointed and not sure how much damage was caused. But what was really unacceptable is I didn't get out until after 1. Two days total between 11 to 12 hours. That is outrageous to be. More

I was not happy with the my last service visit. It was recommended that I have changed the transmission fluid flushed, which I did and paid over $300 and later found out that should never have been It was recommended that I have changed the transmission fluid flushed, which I did and paid over $300 and later found out that should never have been done. I could later cause consequences. I don't understand why the service advisor recommended it and the technician actually did it. I'll just stick with the oil changes from now on. Thank you very much. First of all He complained about his health then tried to up sale me things I don’t need before even asking what or why I was even there.
