Gilbert, told me he stay in contact with us but never called or answered his phone when I called 4 times on Thursday evening. I was told the repair was 8 hours. I will have no more dealing with Jenkins Nissan and will be sure to let everyone I know my experience. All was needed is a little communication and truthfulness. Jenkins doesn't have that. I have been coming to the dealer since I purchased the car in 2016 and never have been through what I experienced in my last visit. Turned out that Service Specialist Ashley made me wait longer than neede car in 2016 and never have been through what I experienced in my last visit. Turned out that Service Specialist Ashley made me wait longer than needed. I had an appointment at 8 am and I was there since 7:30. My car did not get moved until 8:15 then almost 2 hours later, Ashley came and showed me what I the tech recommended and I declined so she said that she was going to close the ticket and come back. However she decided to check in 2 other vehicles and made me wait even longer. I even asked joe much more time I had to wait to get checked out. Then, she forgot to give me the service cost shown online and when I presented to the cashier they wanted to speak to her and again she took long and I just told the cashier I could not wait any longer.
