I waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and the cabin filter change. When my car was finally ready the service lady helping me was no where to be found. Maybe add in the xxxxing labor costs when quoting somebody for brake and rotor replacement instead of blindsiding them AFTER the work is already done.
