The lack of communication, the run around, the lengthy waiting time when scheduled and advised I’d be waiting (5.5 hours), the work not being done and not being communicated with. Being able to schedule for Monday at 4pm for a recall only to get there and be told no one is there to do any work. Getting a loaner, thankfully, being told my car will be the 1st to be worked on, I left it over night, then to call at almost 3pm the next day and your technician doesn’t even know your car was there. Then being given a time, I called them to be told I don’t need the windshield calibrated; all work wasn’t even completed. I could go on and I won’t but after spending over $1500 on maintenance, fact is, I just won’t be going to Jenkins for my Nissan.. More
