I waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and the cabin filter change. When my car was finally ready the service lady helping me was no where to be found. I was told they would chec rotation, and the cabin filter change. When my car was finally ready the service lady helping me was no where to be found. I was told they would check the cabin filter and show me before changing it to make sure I wanted it changed and they did not they just changed it.
