If everyone followed her lead I think it would be an absolute win for your service department. Everyone else that I encountered was also quite nice. The people in the shop were so busy as well as all of the service writers etc. However, they paid close attention to everything. Some unexpected expenses came my way with this vehicle but the work that was done was great. The car feels like a new vehicle after it was all done. I really appreciate eveyone. More
