Terrible non communicative staff! There were angry customers everywhere and only a few employess were actually working the rest were just milking the clock. My husband had a 10am appt. and was not able to leave there until 3ish..... Apparently they didnt have the parts they knew they needed for what were having done to our car and then apparently after hours of him waiting there and finally asking xxx was up they now all of a suddwn had the parts there the whole time. So the he/she they had at the front counter is not customer oriented enough to keep customers informed about what is going on and just has customers waiting there for endless hours with no communicatiin as to what is going in with their vehicle. My husband was not the only one that was waiting and angry there btw. There is no organization or accountability in this place and we will never go back ever or recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather drive a few hours to a Nissan in a different city than go to your location. More

Gil has been the most helpful Service Advisor I have ever worked with in all my years of going to Nissan. He made sure I was aware of the benefits of my warranty before it expired and gave me good recommenda worked with in all my years of going to Nissan. He made sure I was aware of the benefits of my warranty before it expired and gave me good recommendations regarding my oil change. He was kind enough to listen to my poor experience from my previous visit and promised he would make sure this one would be better and he definitely kept his word. I am so glad that when it comes to servicing appointments on the Nissan website you can select your Service Advisor because I will definitely be selecting him every time. More
Does not communicate well, last Warranty work done I was told they would pick me up at home where they brought me when I took them the vehicle, after 5 that afternoon when I called they said my service repr told they would pick me up at home where they brought me when I took them the vehicle, after 5 that afternoon when I called they said my service representative had gone home and it would be the next day when she came in that they could help me. I had someone take me to pick up the vehicle. then they tried to charge me for Warranty work, I am talking to different dealers to trade this vehicle, this vehicle has had more warranty work done then the other 2 Nissans total warranty work combined More
