The service rep J was rude from the start. I didn't have an appt and that was fine Inwas will to schedule one. Another rep said she would work me in. Since I asked her it went down hill from t I didn't have an appt and that was fine Inwas will to schedule one. Another rep said she would work me in. I have been getting my oil changed from Jenkin every since I bought my car 3 years ago and NEVER been treated that way. More

Unorganized service center and full of lies. Had a scheduled oil change for 10 am on 11/4/2023. I dropped the car off at 8:45 am. Received a phone call at 11:24 am. No voicemail left. Tried to call back but could not connect to anyone. Arrived at the dealership at 12 pm. Was told my oil change was complete and to head to the cashier desk to pay. I told my transportation to go home since I got the verification that my car’s service was complete.I waited and waited. Nothing. The cashier employee was concerned she noticed I was waiting for 1 hour and asked what’s the hold was. I told her I was told to go to the cashier and wait for my keys and paperwork so I could pay. However I noticed my car was lifted and not being worked on since I arrived at 12 pm. I was able to locate the service advisor and I was told the oil was draining and would take 10 minutes to complete. I was confused because I thought it was done. So I waited again. 10 minutes passed. And then another 45 minutes. Finally got my Keys and paper work at 2 pm. 2 hours after I was told my cars service was completed. I am very unsatisfied with the service I was provided. There was no explanation on why I was lied to and why my service took as long as it did. A $10 oil change that took 4 hours to complete is not acceptable and neither is being lied to. I would have gone home and picked up at a later time if I was told it was not completed instead of waiting 2 hours after being told it was done. More

I love taking my Titan here because they know there vehicles. The saff are nice and don't try to get ya to buy unwanted items.
