I have a new 23 rogue. I brought my car there for first oil change. I told advisor that my back tire was low. They never checked tire. I was driving home and saw the pr I brought my car there for first oil change. I told advisor that my back tire was low. They never checked tire. I was driving home and saw the pressure was still low. I brought car in for 2nd oil change. I told advisor of my concerns with tire and wind shield wiper fluid. Again I was told everything ok! I told advisor I am sure there is some wrong w tire. He came back and said there was a nail in it! So I got a patch on tire. I was there 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. My advisor did not keep me updated! I drove off and noticed there was no wiper fluid in vehicle after I told advisor!! No one filled it with oil change. And the tire pressures were all off! One had 40 pounds of pressure while the others 33! In conclusion I had to waste my time and go back there to have problems with the service fixed! The advisor that I encountered for 2nd visit was exceptional. His name was Gill. More

I thought the ac diagnostic testing was way too expensive and then the price of the part was going to be horrible too. Then there was no problem with the AC after my daughter in law left w the car.
