Car has been serviced exclusively at JENKINS since it was purchased from them 2 years ago, and overall customer service has always been very good ( gr Car has been serviced exclusively at JENKINS since it was purchased from them 2 years ago, and overall customer service has always been very good ( greeted quickly, etc. ) , but this last time there were a few points where the customer service was overlooked or not up to their normal standards. Car was brought in for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, brake check). Bill was $400. Even though they had never done this service before, i had hoped maybe they would vacuum the drivers side floor? But what really made me raise an irritated eyebrow was that whichever employee drove my car from the service garage to the parking lot must have had very long legs, Because when I sat down I could barely touch the steering wheel with my fingertips. I’m not expecting the seat to be returned to where it’s comfortable for ME, but I felt leaving the seat that far back was, well... poor customer service. More
