I had a 8:00 Am appointment and it took two and a half hours to get a oil change and tire rotation because the guy wrote on the paper to be done at 10:20 Am. I thought the reason to make appointments was to get in and out ahead of walk in I seen a couple who came in and dropped their vehicle off with no appointmentand was done within a hour. I am sorry but it doesn't take two and a half hours to do a oil change and tire rotation. More

Everything was great. They got me in and out in under an hour. Only suggestion would be even the most basic oil change places check things like brake wear and rotate tires for free. After 2 hour wait had to go and ask the cashier where my car was and she had to go find my service agent (Angel) to find out car was finished and sitting in the pick up line.
