Nissan made sure that my car and I were taken care of, through making sure my warranty was still good, to setting me up in a rental while my car was in the shop, and through being kind through the whole p through making sure my warranty was still good, to setting me up in a rental while my car was in the shop, and through being kind through the whole process. They did a good job overall. I was able to get in quick which I appreciated but at the end they forgot about me and when I went to remind them I was waiting to be checked out they couldn't find my paperwor which I appreciated but at the end they forgot about me and when I went to remind them I was waiting to be checked out they couldn't find my paperwork. Then once they found my paperwork they couldn't find my keys. I stayed there for an hour longer than was necessary. That's my only complaint but they were very friendly. More
