If you choose service it goes to a VM that is full! When you do finally get a human, you have to wait time for a service advisor to answer and that is another 20 minutes. Angel was awesome! Told me how long my oil change would take and they were done with it in half the time. I have dealt with jenkins nissan since the 90's and I have always felt it was excellent --whether it was service or sales; very friendly and professional. However, the person who got my keys and wrote t have always felt it was excellent --whether it was service or sales; very friendly and professional. However, the person who got my keys and wrote the service ticket never did tell me his name. I do not want to deal with him in the future...and I usually ask for the same service advisor each time I come in...there has been a huge turnover in your serv. advisors in the past 2 yrs, and each time I come in it's a new face. I did have an app't and was taken in when I arrived, which was a little early, and I was at least greeted with a smile! More
