Angel was awesome! Told me how long my oil change would take and they were done with it in half the time. I have dealt with jenkins nissan since the 90's and I have always felt it was excellent --whether it was service or sales; very friendly and professional. However, the person who got my keys and wrote t have always felt it was excellent --whether it was service or sales; very friendly and professional. However, the person who got my keys and wrote the service ticket never did tell me his name. I do not want to deal with him in the future...and I usually ask for the same service advisor each time I come in...there has been a huge turnover in your serv. advisors in the past 2 yrs, and each time I come in it's a new face. I did have an app't and was taken in when I arrived, which was a little early, and I was at least greeted with a smile! More
