I love the Service Department at Jenkins. Robin is my Service Advisor and she is truly fantastic. Explains my options and what my vehicle needs. Does not pressure me into services I cannot afford. Service was great, but I was left with the low tire pressure signal still on the display of my vehicle. I wish this was verified before I left to make sure the sensor itself wasn't bad. Terrible I will never go Again or refer others. I took my husband truck in because his signal light didn't work on the drivers side when he picked up his truck neither signal light worked. They said they will fix the drivers side by replacing a wire for a thousand dollars, saying it would take them 8 hours to complete. So he took it back and they told him that the hornest wire went out on that side too, not true and it was nothing they can do, my husband was pissed because they did something to stop the the signal light from working. My husband went home and look back over there work and they didn't make sure they completed there job after the diagnosis. My husband fixed what they had screwed up then that one start working. Than he went to the junkyard and got the horness wire and put it on his self in a couple of hours now they both work. It's sad 😥 really really sad! Why would these people try to beat people out of their money during these trying times. Shame on you Jenkins Lakeland Fl. You cannot trust these people they are snakes! Will mess up your car and charge you to fix it! More
