I hope someone at Jenkins Nissan does read this feedback. It was a nightmare for me on 11/24/20, came in for a simple oil change but spent more than 3 hrs there. I traveled from Winter haven to Lakeland at It was a nightmare for me on 11/24/20, came in for a simple oil change but spent more than 3 hrs there. I traveled from Winter haven to Lakeland at least 45' one way. I was out about 10:20a but had to be back b/c the engine loud, annoyed humming noise after the oil change. Robin Rockey looks annoyed when she saw me back... It turned out that the technician let the air filter unlatched. Robin rubbed it off...You're Ok, go, go... and offered no apology for my inconvenience. I know it's $6 for oil change but it is part of Jenkins Nissan commitment when I bought the car from you. I feel that the staff treated me like dirt. No one bothers to wear face mask to protect themselves for the customers. It is very bad experience for me. Thank you if you read this feed back.
