Waited 20 min to get checked in and on top of that I got skipped two times while waiting. One of the sales guys came up to me asking how long I’ve been waiting and I told him 3 hours , his name is Justin and he was as confused as I was why I’ve been waiting so long . I don’t understand even after scheduling an appointment I still waiting for so long. This was the worst experience. I will no longer go back for service or any type of sales . Jenkins Nissan is very unprofessional and everyone never knows anything. This place is very unorganized just disastrous. I truly regret purchasing my car here .
