My wife set my appointment and I brought in the vehicle and I was asked if I had the confirmation. At the time, I did not. I was made to understand that they need to have the ticket confirmation because and I was asked if I had the confirmation. At the time, I did not. I was made to understand that they need to have the ticket confirmation because they " don't accept walk ins". The comment (1) insinuated that I lied about having the appointment and (2) that if could not produce that ticket that I would not be seen. Fortunately, I was able to contact my wife and have her send me the confirmation. You guys should have a record of the appointments made in your system. I should have been able to identify myself and be taken to the desk where our name would be found and then be processed for servicing. Your system is antiquated. On top of it, I should have not been made to feel like I would not be seen/serviced. Check that vehicle record, this car is in that center for check ups, oil changes routinely and to be honest you don't reserve it. As a result, I am considering using you guys for minor work and giving any major work to the small guy who can appreciates their legacy customer. In this oncoming economy, how do you expect to keep that location profitable? Are you really selling that many cars? Your management team better wake up. I blame 60% of this experience on the management and 40% on the rep. More
