I am sorry to say but Jenkins Nissan has gone down hill. I have been using Jenkins Nissan for over 5 years and even purchased a brand new vehicle from them in July of 2020. Since then their customer service I have been using Jenkins Nissan for over 5 years and even purchased a brand new vehicle from them in July of 2020. Since then their customer service and attention to me as a customer has gone down hill. No one contacted me for my 1st oil change. I had to come into the dealership and ask about it. Even then the girl at the service counter acted like she could care less, and would rather have been somewhere else. When I did come in for my 8:00am appointment at 7:40am, I was told it would be a 90 minute (or more) wait time. That is crazy! I did not receive a sticker to note when my next oil change would be. (I see a pattern here), most be under new ownership or they really could care less. Hmmm, perhaps it is time to go else where with all of my business. More

Did the oil change and my nissan, rogue 2020 was leaking oil because they didn't place the oil plug correctly. I have taken my car to this place twice and both times I had to go back for them to fix it afte oil because they didn't place the oil plug correctly.
