When I bought the truck and paid cash for it. It seemed harder to take ownership with cash than finance. They under quoted me $1000 dollars at deal. Bought anyway. This is literally the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Rahshon Clark, the general manager so unprofessional. They made repairs in my vehicle after I did not authorize them. Expected me to pay $400 and held my car “hostage” till I paid it. Prior to that, my car had the same issue it had prior to me paying $2,000 for a “refurbished” transmission. I’ve also asked Rahshon to set up an in person meeting with Brian Fivecoat and he has neglected to do that as well. Don’t waste time or money there Unless they get new staff starting with service dept and General manager. This place gets no stars from me. More
