Well on my first trip there for service I had to wait over 3 hours for my oil change. They also could not take care of one small piece of trim since it had to be ordered. So I went back today to get th over 3 hours for my oil change. They also could not take care of one small piece of trim since it had to be ordered. So I went back today to get the trim piece put on, under warranty since the truck is only a few months old. I asked if they could maybe get me through a little quicker this time since I had to wait 3 hours the last time. I was told it was a specialty trim piece so he had to have a specialist look at it. I guess he thought I couldn't see the place you literally just push the piece on. So after waiting an hour they come talk to me to tell me, this part came in on 3/26 and we only hold parts for 30 days. That would be understandable if they weren't the ones that called me when the part came in and said the earliest they could get me in was 5/8. So not only did I stand around for an hour, when they didn't even have the part, they also tried to pass the blame on to me. But wait, there's more. When I got home I checked my records to find 3/26 was the date of my original service, they didn't get the part in until 4/20 which was when they called me to schedule service. That means they did not even have the part for 20 days and when I called back to let them know this the service manager basically just said, oh well. No "sorry", no "I apologize", nothing. So $45,000 for my truck in 2017, $31,000 for my next truck a couple months back and I get what amounted to an, oh well, sucks to be you. Next time I will take my money to another dealer. More

Schedule an appointment and yet still the wait time is extremely long even for something as simple as a oil change. I wasn't please about my service yesterday and that's the first time it every happen whe extremely long even for something as simple as a oil change. I wasn't please about my service yesterday and that's the first time it every happen where I drive up and someone didn't come to the car until 15 minutes later after driving my car all the way inside the service are because make them realize I'm still waiting. They were all in a huddle talking until another guy said hey anybody help her yet. Got excuses that my window tint is to dark etc etc but I'm still in the car with the car still running and my headlights still one. Not sure how you can't see someone front the front windshield if your standing in front of me the entire time. Pick up my car key front the customer service desk and the service person took all my keys off my ring for what reason I don't know because my car is a push start so their was need to separate them. Deal with Kari while I waited and she was an enjoyable sales person to talk to. More
Absolutely no idea what to do when you pull up. Multiple people just standing outside their cars hoping for a greeting, but no one walked up for 15 minutes.
