This time I was treated right! Anthony was pleasant and he looked into everything I told him to check! He even checked the cigarette lighter which I had been told I would need to make a separate appointme he looked into everything I told him to check! I've bought 9 Nissan's from Jenkins Nissan and their customer service has gone down hill over the years. This last service appointment was terrible. The woman service advisor spoke to me as if I was an customer service has gone down hill over the years. This last service appointment was terrible. The woman service advisor spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I am also a woman but by far no idiot, even when it comes to car care. I have an issue with the leather on my door melting & separating (only 8,000 miles on my car). She told me it must be from finger nails or jewelry. I do not wear jewelry and I chew my finger nails. That isn't what happened. I will be going to a different dealership in the future, even after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Considering even leaving Nissan all together. More
