The initial contact was the slowest ever, over 5 minutes. I initially had the thought of leaving. Glad I didn't. When finally greeted, I received the best service ever in my 7 years of affiliation. I am a returning customer and have to say I am not thrilled with the service dept or management! When I needed a new battery installation the battery was connected on dirty cables and when I pointed i thrilled with the service dept or management! When I needed a new battery installation the battery was connected on dirty cables and when I pointed it out to the manager he was rude and would not clean it. My next service was when my engine light came on. I had to wait two weeks for appointment but in the meantime the light went off so all I had done was oil change and was told bring it back if it comes on. A week later it came on. So I called for appointment. Again, I would have to wait 2 weeks! I was not happy with that because I told the appointment lady something could happen bad so I asked if I could just drop it off till they could get to it. Rudely she says to me by appointment only!! I just hung up on her. Needless to say I won’t be back there to get mistreated!! More
My service advisor Malaki is amazing. I will return back because of him/his service. He kept me updated on the vehicle during servicing and was even able to schedule me for my recall the I will return back because of him/his service. I recently moved from the Tampa area and came to Jenkins Nissan for the first time for service. I was in awe by how friendly everyone was. My service advisor, Naca Rivera was sure to keep me informed of the Nissan for the first time for service. I was in awe by how friendly everyone was. My service advisor, Naca Rivera was sure to keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and eve set me up with a loaner so I could take a couple of work meetings.
