My car would not start and a message was coming up "Warning Chassis Control System Error See Owner's Manual." Through the internet, it recommends bringing the car to a service dealer when this mess "Warning Chassis Control System Error See Owner's Manual." Through the internet, it recommends bringing the car to a service dealer when this message appears. I called Nissan and was told to bring it in and it could be looked at first thing the next morning so we had it towed in (however when the tow man came he was able to get the car started by jump starting it) by then, we had already paid for the towing service. The next morning I called around 10 am and was informed the car had not yet been looked at and was reassured that I would be informed one way or another by the afternoon. No call was received and when I called at 4:30 I was told Tammy was busy and couldn't come to the phone; they took my name and # to call me back but she didn't call back Thursday. Friday morning, around 10 a.m Tammy called and said they were able to start the car Thursday afternoon but after sitting over night, it would not start Friday morning, except through jump starting and the car needed a new battery, almost $300. My complaint is that I like honesty....don't tell me you can work on it first thing in the morning if that's not reasonable. Don't tell me you'll call me back in the afternoon and then not follow through; I was waiting for the call all day! And.....why did I have that message about the Chassis when it was just a bad battery?!!! More
