It would be $150 to determine why the seat wouldn't slide forward or backwards. I know exactly what happened and why the seat couldn't be adjusted. The last time I had a oil change, the technician slammed the seat back and it has never worked since. Why should I pay $150 to fix something an employee of Jenkins broke? I'm 4'11", 77 years old, and live alone. My seat had never been adjusted until I brought it to Jenkins. Obviously, most men are taller and can't fit behind the wheel when the seat is on my setting. So, he had to adjust it. That's understandable. But, there's no need to slamm it back and bend the track that the seat slides on. Even at that, if he broke it accidentally.....fix it! More

Wait time was 2,5 hours. The service was horrible. I’m still waiting on a call back from the director. The car wash was awful. I asked for a refund but haven’t heard a thing. The tires and rims were still dirty after this “wash” that cost $24.95. They left the plastic and paper in the car. I hadn’t been to Nissan since before COVID . I have never experience service like this before and this is my third Altima. I will not be going back. More
