Multiple issues since I have been taking my car there. From mgm down to service dept. Was told oil changes for life of my car would be $5. That went up. Couldn’t get a tire quote when asked. Made 2 onlin From mgm down to service dept. Was told oil changes for life of my car would be $5. That went up. Couldn’t get a tire quote when asked. Made 2 online appointments for oil change and told upon arrival I had to leave it all day (TWICE) and couldn’t use concierge because my oil change was only $5.00 what a joke this place is More

They were supposed to do an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not sure they rotated the tires because the PSI of the tires remained the same. They didn’t even adjusted the pressure to 32 and left it at 29 an I’m not sure they rotated the tires because the PSI of the tires remained the same. It needs an upgrade. Upon arrival there were lots of cars in both lanes. I was not greeted by anyone. I walked up to the service providers. I have been told that at every appt. When Tammy helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. Inside waiting area has ripped chairs. I have gone to Lokey Nissan in Clearwater for years. I suggest looking at their facility. It is top notch. I also feel almost 3 hours is way too long for an oil change. More

This was the first time that I have to wait about 30 minutes for oil change. Usually take more than an hour. I hope next time take about the same 30 minutes.
