Took my car in for an issue, after 2 days, never heard anything so I call and they tell me what the plan is, then the following day someone calls to me to tell me they have to order a part that takes 5-7 anything so I call and they tell me what the plan is, then the following day someone calls to me to tell me they have to order a part that takes 5-7 business days…. Exactly one week later at 3.38pm I get a call to say my car is ready. Now, I work an hour away… and had to make plans to return a rental car and all on short notice. Picked up my car, paid my $1300 service bill, and my car is doing the EXACT thing it was taken in for to begin with. More

I brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change. It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless It have a hitch and mobility carrier on the back. If you put the vehicle in Reverse, the camera sees the carrier, and applys the rear brakes, unless you turn off the Rear Emergency Brake in the settings (EVERY TIME YOU START THE CAR!) The Tech told me that they had to turn it off in the settings, and I didn't have to set it again! I proved to the Tech that they were wrong, and that you have to turn it off EVERY TIME! I hope they learned something that day! Great service though, as usual. More
