The advisor Tammy has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, and genuinely miserable human beings I've had In particular the service department. Don't be fooled by her stature and her grandmother likeness she is a bad person. I've been in the industry for 15 years, I have been a service advisor and a service manager so I speak from some experience when I say her customer service skills are some of the worst I've seen in ages. My vehicle was there for a whole week 7 days not once was I called. When I finally reached out for an update I was met with 10 plus minute hold times and hot potato around for 30 minutes before speaking with Tammy her attitude was unnecessary. Upon arrival I was met with hostility and anger. Service manager attempted to talk to me buy he was already coached by the Tammy and was very dismissive. It is what it is I'll be in contact with the owner one of these days being apart of the industry you get to meet all kinds of people More
