Service was extremely slow for what I had serviced on my car. Changing a tail light bulb and an oil change took 2 1/2 hours/ Price was over $100. Too much for something so simple. It was needed 2 week to fix the AC. I drop my car Monday 8 am , the services took over 10 hrs to communicate that they need to order part and will be 3 to 4 days and they will call me. After almost 2 week they call me to bring back the rogue. I was there next day at 7:30 am. Happened again, after 10 hrs I find out they need another part and they will get it next day. Finally next day they finished. They never communicate and follow up the status, always I was the one called them. More
