Had a defective seatbelt on my new 2020 Murano and the part was on back order. Was told no telling when the part would be in. When I called Jenkins Nissan I was assisted by Johnnie Dyous, a Service Lane M part was on back order. Was told no telling when the part would be in. When I called Jenkins Nissan I was assisted by Johnnie Dyous, a Service Lane Manager. Johnnie was fantastic! Very professional, polite and caring. He and his service manager after calling around the country were able to locate the part needed and my car was repaired in one day. Cannot thank Jenkins Nissan enough, especially Johnnie, for excellent customer service. PS The Cappuccino machine in the waiting area is great! More

First time to Jenkins Nissan. Recently moved into the area and needed a new dealership to service our cars. After several attempts to contact them, he was able to get us in and out while we waited for our service to be completed.
