What a rude salesman. It’s surprising that dealership has kept such people to deal with customers. We went to buy a new car and had a terrible experience. Our Nissan Quest wouldn't start and our local mechanic tried installing a new battery and starter, but this was not the problem. We contacted Chuck Beck and were immediately set up for service for our ve tried installing a new battery and starter, but this was not the problem. We contacted Chuck Beck and were immediately set up for service for our vehicle. Then we heard from Johnnie Dyous who quickly discovered that we were still covered by our Service Plan. He offered us a reasonable completion date and access to a complimentary rental vehicle. A complete Diagnostic was done and the final solution was quite complex and was resolved in the time allotted. The original transmission and break switch were inhibiting the starter switch. These were replaced by new parts and taken care of by the Service Plan. We were quite impressed and pleased with both the the Service Manager and the Service Lane Manager. Thanks Chuck and Johnnie. More
