Came in because the AC wasn't working well but the hood latch was stuck. Was an initial disagreement on the latch because it was fixed a few months prior under a recall. Johnnien and Obad were really good about not charging for what amounted to some grease/graphite and then the AC issue was due to a faulty wiring harness. As brand new EV car owners (2 days) , my husband and I knew very little about finding charging stations to recharge the battery. We had driven from St. Augustine to visit my sister in Leesburg and desper knew very little about finding charging stations to recharge the battery. We had driven from St. Augustine to visit my sister in Leesburg and desperately wanted to recharge the battery before going back home. We stumbled upon your dealership and met Josiah Greene-Mitchell. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous and helpful in helping us located the DC charging station and making us feel at home. He has a great personality and we enjoyed talking to him.
