Friendly staff but VERY unreliable. Bought a car to move north and still haven't received documentation to register my car here. Called 3 times about getting my second set of temp tags and parents visited in person since the ones they gave me had expired. Said they'd send them right away and wrote my new address (up north) on a sticky note, put it on the tags and told my parents they'd be there by the next day. 5 days pass and my parents get the tags AT THEIR HOUSE in Florida with the sticky note on the temp tags. Little to no communication with each other and acknowledge things that they clearly dont understand. More
