Had flat tire on 2 week old Altima. Your service team was exceptional with getting car in, diagnosing that tire needed to be replaced and contacting tire and wheel service plan company Your service team was exceptional with getting car in, diagnosing that tire needed to be replaced and contacting tire and wheel service plan company to obtain approval to replace tire. Certainly glad I bought the coverage plan. New tire put on car at no charge to me. Thanks for allowing me to bring car in on short notice and get new tire on car. Fantastic job from start to finish. Great follow up. Darren and team had great communication. Its unfortunate that Nissan (not Jenkins) will not warranty the AC compressor after only 30k miles. Afte Darren and team had great communication. Its unfortunate that Nissan (not Jenkins) will not warranty the AC compressor after only 30k miles. After having 4 previous Nissans and 3 current Nissans (2 of the current 3 having both AC and transmission problems) we will not purchase anorher one. We are currently in the market for a new vehicle and I have serious concerns about Nissan. More
