I'm now past due and will pay a 5% penalty. These people won't call you back or even try to help. Once they make the sale, you are history. Oh yeah, don't leave without a full tank of gas because you'll NEVER get that "gift card." ANOTHER Jenkins gimmic.... More
22 February 2024 - I got an offer in the mail today to go to Jenkins and do a test drive with the offer of a $20 Publix Gift Card for doing so. I was curious about the new Z and the all electric Ariya. I met to Jenkins and do a test drive with the offer of a $20 Publix Gift Card for doing so. I was curious about the new Z and the all electric Ariya. I met Lena Williams a Sales & Leasing Consultant, and explained to her that I wouldn't be buying today but that I would like to rest drive the Ariya. She couldn't have been any nicer or treated me any better if I had $100 bills sticking out of my pockets. I got to sit in a new Z and found that I actually fit pretty well. Beautiful lil hot rod by the way. We took a leisurely test drive in the Ariya and she demonstrated all the safety features, which are pretty impressive. Beautiful car inside and out and drives like a dream. Hoping to possibly get a Certified Pre Owned one in the future, Good Lord Willing. I highly recommend seeing Lena if you shop Jenkins Nissan. She has been there many years and is the best sales person I have ever had interaction with. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇 More
I made an appointment to see Jason DeWitt about a dependable suv with safety features, as I am 70 years young. Nice young man, easy to talk to. From what we discussed, he knew exactly what I wanted. dependable suv with safety features, as I am 70 years young. Nice young man, easy to talk to. From what we discussed, he knew exactly what I wanted. It was a 2021 Nissan Rogue. He pointed out each and every single safety feature in a very easy to understand manner. I took my time and asked a lot of questions. He never hurried me and answered all my questions. I decided to buy the vehicle and he was available throughout the process. More
I took my 2015 Xterra to Jenkins Leesburg b/c it stalled while driving. It also had a few minor things I wanted fixed - headlight, wipers, door window button. Obed said that it would be a $159 dx fee for e while driving. It also had a few minor things I wanted fixed - headlight, wipers, door window button. Obed said that it would be a $159 dx fee for each item! I thought he was joking - headlight, etc.? He said yes, each item. I told him to just find out why it stalled and fix it. I showed him my extended policy - he read it over and stated what an excellent extended warranty plan! (10 year/120k miles, Preferred) So, after 4 hours of sitting there, your VIP liaison, John, came to me and asked if I was being helped b/c I had been sitting there for so long. He asked what repairs were being done and I replied that they hadn't even diagnosed my car yet. John went to my service guy Obed who came out with a clipboard and sarcastically said, "You need new wipers". Obed came back and said it was a cam sensor on the passenger side and asked if my extended policy didn't cover it, could I afford the $600 to fix it (after stating what a good policy I had). I told him it WILL cover it and asked him how much longer this would take. Obed then stated he needed to call my warranty/policy company which he hates doing because it's time-consuming and he sits on hold for a long time. I couldn't believe he just told me this. Did he seriously want me to pay out-of-pocket because he was too lazy to call?? John sat by me for a while chit-chatting and stated how they can't keep technicians, that they are here today and gone tomorrow. John said that the techs will "clear out the dx module to show that the work had been completed when in fact it hadn't." Obed reappeared and said they were almost finished and it should only be 30 more minutes. Then Obed said that I really needed rear brakes and would I like them to replace them? I asked how long that would take and he said at least 1-1/2 hours after I had been sitting there for almost 4 hours. Nope. So, when my car was "fixed", Obed suddenly became friendly and attentive, ran over to my car ahead of me to open my car door. I thought he was being a gentleman until I got home and noticed NUMEROUS fresh scratches, gouges and dings on the drivers' side door. I took photos - paint is completely missing in many spots, like the door was forcefully opened into something that also slid down the door. At least my car got fixed, right?? Nope. Ran better for about an hour and now running rough like when I brought it in. If you're wondering why I didn't call and raise xxxx about everything - I knew after their lying and deception that it would do no good. And there was no way I was bringing it back in for fear that they would do even more harm/damage to my car. If you look at my history, I've been searching for a new/slightly used Frontier through your company and other local Nissan dealers and your manager has been calling me wanting to buy my Xterra (prior to me bringing it in for service and being damaged). Nope. So, let's recap your losses on just one person (me): - didn't replace headlight - didn't replace wipers - didn't replace brakes - not buying a vehicle from you - not selling/trading in my vehicle to you - going elsewhere for service Oh yeah, every other person there that day had similar issues. One man had just purchased a used vehicle from you. This was his second trip to come pick-up this vehicle, but the service work hadn't been completed and he was so disgusted. It was a minivan that needed a new battery, the oil changed and a few other items worked on. He was leaving for a trip and asked for a loaner/rental - management pulled him into an office and closed the door. More
